I don't waste product spraying your open lawn. Mosquitoes rest on the underside of leaves in shaded areas during the day, and ticks are brought in by deer feeding on your ornamentals. I use an Echo backpack mist blower with the outlet pointed upward. I hold it low and mist the solution up into your tree and shrub canopy, coating the underside of leaves where pests hide. This targeted method, focused on landscaped beds and up to about 20 feet in trees, is what makes it effective.
The first thing I do for a new Fairview customer is a full walk-through to identify every source of standing water, from birdbaths and planter saucers to low spots in the yard. This is crucial because all mosquitoes start in water. For spots that can't be eliminated, like a pond or a clogged drainage area, I use bacteria tablets (mosquito dunks) that are safe for everything except mosquito larvae. This integrated approach, treating the adults in the landscape and the larvae at the source, is how we get real results that last.
